A family of five with ducted air-conditioning, a pool pump and two people working from home. Their previous quote put all 30 panels on the north face. We split the array east and west so generation tracks a 7am and a 5pm peak instead of dumping midday power to the grid at 5c.

10 kW and a 13.5 kWh battery on a heritage-sensitive Queenslander

A character-overlay street frontage meant nothing could be visible from the road. The whole array went on the rear pitch, with the battery mounted in the under-house storage where it stays out of the afternoon sun and holds its cycle life.
